The product is available on a voluntary basis to groups with five or more eligible employees and available to employer-sponsored groups with three or more eligible employees.

Upfront Savings: Most vision plans apply discounts to contact lenses only after the member meets the allowance. Vision Care Plus applies discounts prior to member purchase of contact lenses.

Flexible Benefits: Members of Vision Care Plus have the exclusive option of choosing a $100 or $150 LASIK benefit plus a discount in lieu of other benefits.
