The Dental Care Plus product is a pre-paid dental plan available in a variety of design options. The DHMO product option features an extensive and expanding provider network panel in all areas of operation. In order for a member to receive dental benefits, dental services must be performed by a provider contracted with the HMO. The HMO product features reduced costs in premium because contracted providers have agreed to fee limits for services covered under the plan and quality assurance standards. Members are not subjected to hidden expenses. Claim payment is transparent to the employer, to the member and to the dentist.

• No balance billing above allowable maximums in network;
